Sangria

Spain's famous red wine punch, steeped with citrus and brandy and served ice cold by the pitcher.

Ingredients

How to Make It

  1. Combine red wine, brandy, orange juice and sugar in a pitcher.
  2. Add the chopped orange and lemon and stir until the sugar dissolves.
  3. Chill for at least two hours so the fruit macerates.
  4. Fill wine glasses with ice, pour and top with a splash of soda water.
  5. Garnish with an orange wheel and some of the fruit.
