Sangria Recipe
Spain's famous red wine punch, steeped with citrus and brandy and served ice cold by the pitcher.

Ingredients
- Red wine120 ml
- Spanish brandy15 ml
- Fresh orange juice30 ml
- Sugar1 tsp
- Chopped orange and lemon4 piece
- Soda water30 ml
How to Make It
- Combine red wine, brandy, orange juice and sugar in a pitcher.
- Add the chopped orange and lemon and stir until the sugar dissolves.
- Chill for at least two hours so the fruit macerates.
- Fill wine glasses with ice, pour and top with a splash of soda water.
- Garnish with an orange wheel and some of the fruit.
