1. Hizmet
Siplore, dünya çapında kokteyl ve mokteyl tariflerini bilgilendirme ve eğlence amaçlı sunar. Uygulama, Volkan Günay (Ankara / Türkiye) tarafından yayınlanır. Uygulamayı indirerek veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursun.
2. Sorumlu Tüketim ve Yaş
Uygulama alkollü içecek tarifleri içerir. Uygulamayı yalnızca bulunduğun ülkedeki yasal içki tüketim yaşının üzerindeysen kullanmalısın. Tarifler bilgilendirme amaçlıdır; alkolü sorumlu tüket, alkollü araç kullanma. Alkol tüketiminin sonuçlarından kullanıcı sorumludur.
3. Lisans
Uygulamayı kişisel ve ticari olmayan kullanımın için sınırlı, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez bir lisansla kullanabilirsin.
4. Reklamlar
Uygulama ücretsizdir ve reklam (banner ve geçiş reklamı) içerir. Uygulamada satın alma veya abonelik yoktur; ücretsiz kullanım reklamlarla finanse edilir.
5. Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım
Uygulamayı tersine mühendisliğe tabi tutma, hizmeti aksatma veya kötüye kullanma.
6. Sorumluluk Reddi
Uygulama ve içerikler "olduğu gibi" sunulur; tariflerin doğruluğu, eksiksizliği veya belirli bir amaca uygunluğu garanti edilmez. Alerjen ve malzeme kontrolü kullanıcının sorumluluğundadır. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde, uygulamanın kullanımından doğan zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.
7. Değişiklikler
Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz; değişikliklerden sonra kullanmaya devam etmen, koşulları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir.

1. Service
Siplore provides cocktail and mocktail recipes from around the world for informational and entertainment purposes. The App is published by Volkan Günay, Ankara, Türkiye. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.
2. Responsible Consumption and Age
The App contains alcoholic beverage recipes. You should use the App only if you are above the legal drinking age in your country. Recipes are for information only; drink responsibly and never drink and drive. Users are responsible for the consequences of alcohol consumption.
3. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your own non-commercial purposes.
4. Ads
The App is free and includes advertising (banner and interstitial ads). There are no purchases or subscriptions in the App; free use is funded by advertising.
5. Acceptable Use
Do not reverse engineer, disrupt or misuse the App.
6. Disclaimer
The App and its content are provided "as is"; we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose of any recipe. Checking allergens and ingredients is your responsibility. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the App.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
