Uygulama içinden (anında)
- Siplore'u aç ve giriş yaptığından emin ol.
- Topluluk sekmesinin sağ üstündeki profil simgesine dokun.
- Sayfanın altındaki Hesabı sil'e dokun ve onayla.
Silme işlemi anında ve kalıcıdır: hesabın; paylaştığın tarifler ve fotoğrafları, yorumların, favorilerin, puanların, takip/engelleme ilişkilerin ve şikayet kayıtlarınla birlikte sunucularımızdan tamamen silinir. Bu işlem geri alınamaz.
Uygulamaya erişimin yoksa (e-posta ile)
hello@vomcore.com adresine, hesabını oluştururken kullandığın Apple/Google e-posta adresinden "Siplore hesap silme talebi" konulu bir e-posta gönder. Talebini kimlik doğrulamasının ardından en geç 30 gün içinde tamamlar ve sana bildiririz.
Neler silinir, neler kalır?
- Silinir: Hesap bilgileri (ad, e-posta, profil fotoğrafı, tanıtım yazısı) ve tüm topluluk içeriğin (tarifler, fotoğraflar, yorumlar, favoriler, puanlar, takipler).
- Kalır: Cihazındaki yerel veriler (katalog favorileri, tercihler) — bunlar bizde değildir; uygulamayı silerek kaldırabilirsin. Yasal bir saklama yükümlülüğü doğarsa ilgili sınırlı kayıt, yalnızca o amaçla ve süresince tutulur.

Account Deletion

Inside the App (instant)
- Open Siplore and make sure you are signed in.
- Tap the profile icon at the top right of the Community tab.
- Tap Delete account at the bottom of the page and confirm.
Deletion is instant and permanent: your account is fully removed from our servers together with the recipes and photos you shared, your comments, favorites, ratings, follow/block relationships and report records. This cannot be undone.
If you no longer have access to the App (by email)
Email hello@vomcore.com with the subject "Siplore account deletion request" from the Apple/Google email address you used to create the account. After verifying your identity we will complete the request within 30 days at the latest and confirm it to you.
What is deleted, what remains?
- Deleted: Account details (name, email, profile photo, bio) and all your community content (recipes, photos, comments, favorites, ratings, follows).
- Remains: Local data on your device (catalog favorites, preferences) — we never had these; remove them by deleting the App. If a legal retention duty applies, the related limited records are kept only for that purpose and period.
