A sugarless daiquiri variation, dry and bracing, where grapefruit and maraschino stand in for the sweetness.

How to Make It

  1. Pour the rum, grapefruit juice, maraschino liqueur and lime juice into a shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake hard until the shaker is frosted.
  3. Double strain into a chilled coupe.
  4. Serve very cold, without garnish.
