Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of the Lumistra mobile app (shown on the App Store as “LED Light Controller: Lumistra”), provided by Volkan Günay (Vomcore), Ankara, Türkiye. Installing or using the app means you accept them. Contact: hello@vomcore.com.

What you get

A personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Lumistra on devices you own or control. The app, its design and artwork stay ours.

Compatibility

Lumistra controls Bluetooth LE controllers for RGB LED strips that advertise names such as ELK-BLEDOM, Triones or LEDBLE. Lumistra is an independent app and is not made by, affiliated with or endorsed by the makers of these controllers or their apps; their names are used only to describe compatibility. The same name can hide different electronics and we cannot test every controller, so we do not guarantee that a particular strip will work. The flash test shows whether yours responds before you rely on it, and the free features let you check before you buy. Wi-Fi controllers, infrared-only strips and addressable (pixel) effects are not supported. White tones are mixed from red, green and blue and are close to, not exactly, the stated colour temperature.

Free and paid

Connecting, the flash test, power, brightness, 10 preset colours, the first 4 built-in effects, 4 moods, the demo strip and the packet console are free. Lumistra Pro adds the colour wheel, six white tones, every built-in effect with speed, saved scenes, controlling several strips together, colours from a photo and the controller timer.

Subscriptions (weekly, monthly, yearly) renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancel any time in your App Store account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
The yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it becomes a paid year. The trial is offered once per subscription group, per App Store account.
Lifetime is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and carries no free trial.

Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy. Payment is taken by Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple under its own rules — write to us and we will help you ask.

Restoring a purchase

Because there is no account, your purchase is tied to your App Store account. On a new device, sign in with the same account and use “Restore purchases” in Settings.

Safe use

Follow the instructions and electrical ratings of your LED strip and its power supply. Lumistra only sends the commands the controller already understands; it does not change the hardware. Flashing effects can affect people with photosensitive epilepsy — use them with care.

Acceptable use

Do not decompile, resell or redistribute the app, or try to unlock Pro features by tampering.

No warranty, and limits

Lumistra is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, including that it works with any specific controller. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to what you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Changes and ending

We may update the app and these terms; material changes are published here with a new date. You can stop using Lumistra at any time by deleting it. If you breach these terms, the licence ends.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
