These terms cover your use of the Subvia iOS app, provided by Volkan Günay (Vomcore), Ankara, Türkiye. By using the app you accept them. Contact: hello@vomcore.com.

What Subvia is

Subvia shows public statistics for public channels: subscriber, view and video counts, the change since yesterday and over the last seven days, a day-by-day history built from our own measurements, the channel’s latest videos, and real search suggestions you can use for ideas. It is a viewer of public data. It is not a channel management tool and cannot act on any account.

What Subvia is not

Subvia is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or certified by YouTube or Google, and it is not a source of official channel analytics. Figures are read from the official YouTube Data API v3 and are shown as received; YouTube rounds large subscriber counts, and a channel may hide its subscriber count entirely. Where a figure or a past day was never measured, the app shows a dash — it does not fill the gap with a zero or an estimate.

Free and Pro

Without a purchase you can track one channel. Subvia Pro raises that to fifty channels and adds home and lock screen widgets, milestone alerts and the full history. The limit is not a marketing number: every tracked channel takes a share of a finite refresh quota, which is why Subvia does not offer “unlimited” tracking.

Subscriptions and purchases

Pro is offered as a weekly, monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. The yearly plan includes a three-day free trial for new subscribers; Apple grants that trial once per subscription group. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Apple account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending. You manage and cancel subscriptions in the App Store settings of your Apple account; uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased. Purchases can be restored from the paywall or from Settings.

Payments are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple under their terms; we cannot issue them ourselves, but write to us and we will help where we can.

Availability

Subvia depends on a service we run and on an external data source with daily limits. Measurements can be delayed, and if the daily quota is exhausted the app keeps showing the last figures it had rather than showing zeros. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change or discontinue features.

Acceptable use

Use the app for your own tracking. Do not attempt to overload, reverse-engineer or automate access to our service, and do not use the data it shows to harass anyone.

Intellectual property

The app, its name and its design belong to Vomcore. Channel names, avatars, video titles and figures belong to the respective channels and platforms; they are shown for reference.

Liability

Subvia is provided as is. Figures are informational and can be delayed, rounded or unavailable; do not rely on them for decisions with financial or contractual consequences. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from use of the app.

Changes and governing law

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Turkish law applies, and the courts of Ankara have jurisdiction, without removing any consumer right you have where you live.
