Ingredients
- Shochu45 ml
- Yuzu juice20 ml
- Soda water120 ml
How to Make It
- Fill a highball glass to the top with ice and stir to chill it.
- Add the shochu and yuzu juice.
- Top slowly with soda water and stir once from the bottom.
- Express the peel over the glass.
