Ingredients
- Sake60 ml
- Fresh lime juice25 ml
- Simple syrup20 ml
- Fresh mint leaves10 piece
- Soda water60 ml
How to Make It
- Muddle the mint gently with lime juice and syrup in a highball glass.
- Add the sake and fill with crushed ice.
- Top with soda water and churn with a bar spoon.
- Garnish with a mint bouquet.
