Ingredients
- Vanilla vodka45 ml
- Passion fruit liqueur15 ml
- Passion fruit purée30 ml
- Fresh lime juice10 ml
- Simple syrup10 ml
- Sparkling wine60 ml
How to Make It
- Shake vodka, liqueur, purée, lime and syrup with ice.
- Double-strain into a chilled coupe.
- Float half a passion fruit on the surface.
- Serve the sparkling wine alongside in a separate shot glass.
