- Dark rum45 ml
- Pineapple juice45 ml
- Campari20 ml
- Fresh lime juice15 ml
- Simple syrup10 ml
How to Make It
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
- Shake until well chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
