Ingredients
- Evaporated milk, very cold90 ml
- Ice-cold orange juice120 ml
- Sugar2 tsp
How to Make It
- Stir the sugar into the very cold evaporated milk until it dissolves.
- Fill a highball glass to the top with crushed ice and pour in the milk.
- Add the ice-cold orange juice slowly, stirring constantly so the milk does not curdle.
- Serve at once with the orange wheel.
