- Fresh lemon juice60 ml
- Mint syrup40 ml
- Cold water60 ml
- Fresh mint leaves10 piece
How to Make It
- Blend everything with two cups of ice until coarse, not smooth.
- Spoon into a chilled coupe.
- Serve immediately with a spoon.
- Top with a mint sprig.
