- Grape juice140 ml
- Fresh lime juice20 ml
- Simple syrup10 ml
- Fresh mint leaves10 piece
- Soda water60 ml
How to Make It
- Clap the mint and drop it into a highball glass.
- Fill with ice and add the grape juice, lime juice and syrup.
- Top with soda water and stir gently.
- Garnish with a mint bouquet and green grapes.
