Ingredients
- Fig syrup35 ml
- Fresh lemon juice25 ml
- Cold water40 ml
- Sparkling water110 ml
- Sumac1 pinch
How to Make It
- Rim a highball glass with sumac.
- Fill with ice and add the fig syrup, lemon juice and cold water.
- Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
- Garnish with a fig slice.
