Espresso shaken cold with coffee liqueur — Mexico drinks it after every long lunch.

How to Make It

  1. Pull a fresh espresso.
  2. Shake it hard with the coffee liqueur and ice until a foam forms.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube.
  4. Float three coffee beans on the foam.
