Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Recalvo handles your information. The app is provided by Volkan Günay (Vomcore). Contact: hello@vomcore.com.

Short version

No account, no sign-up, no advertising, no analytics SDK and no crash reporter. Recalvo has no server of its own. Your notes, cards and review history stay on your iPhone.

Text you share or import

When you share text, a PDF or a photo to Recalvo from the iOS share sheet, it is stored in the app’s own container on your iPhone until you open the app. Cards are generated by Apple’s on-device Foundation Model (Apple Intelligence) and text in PDFs and photos is read with Apple’s on-device text recognition (Vision). This processing happens on the device; Recalvo does not upload your material to us or to any AI service.

What is stored on your device

• Decks and cards: the questions and answers you save and the deck they belong to.
• Review history: the time and rating of each review and the FSRS scheduling state of each card.
• Preferences: your reminder time and whether you have finished the first-run screens.

Deleting the app removes all of this.

Reminders

If you allow notifications, Recalvo schedules a local daily reminder on your iPhone. No push service or server is involved.

Payments

Recalvo Pro is sold as a weekly, monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Purchases are handled by the App Store and we never see your payment details. Whether your purchase is active is verified through RevenueCat, Inc. using an anonymous identifier that contains no name, email, study content or advertising ID.

What we do not do

No advertising SDK, no analytics SDK, no tracking pixel, no fingerprinting, no data broker, no tracking across apps. We do not sell or share your data.

Children

Recalvo is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Your rights and contact

We hold no account and no personal profile, so there is nothing on our side to access or delete; your data is on your device and deleting the app removes it. For any question, write to hello@vomcore.com.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it and the new text is published here before the version that relies on it ships.
