Railvista has a train protection layer that shows systems such as ETCS, PTC, LZB and PZB as they are mapped in OpenStreetMap; coverage varies from country to country.

Yes. Railvista Pro lets you download a country pack and browse that country's rail map with no connection, and station search works offline once the station index has downloaded.

All of Railvista's rail data comes from OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL). It is community-mapped and not meant for operational or safety-critical decisions.

Railvista is not affiliated with OpenStreetMap, OpenRailwayMap or any railway operator. Community-mapped data can be incomplete or out of date: do not use it for operational or safety-critical decisions.
