Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of the Quarvo mobile app, provided by Volkan Günay (Vomcore), Ankara, Türkiye. Installing or using the app means you accept them. Contact: hello@vomcore.com.

What you get

A personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Quarvo on devices you own or control. The app, its screens, design and artwork stay ours.

Not investment advice

Quarvo is an information tool. A screen result is the list of companies that meet the criteria you picked in their reported financial statements; it is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, and it is not investment, financial, tax or legal advice. Quarvo makes no forecasts and uses no price data. Figures come from companies’ filings with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC EDGAR) and may contain errors, restatements or gaps; missing data stays missing and is not estimated. The Borsa Istanbul view currently shows a labelled demo sample. Check the original filing before you rely on a figure. Quarvo is not a broker and does not connect to a brokerage account.

Charts by TradingView

Price charts, the index comparison and the market headlines strip are free widgets provided by TradingView, Inc. and shown with TradingView’s attribution. They are third-party content under TradingView’s own terms; we do not control, check or store them, and they are available in every plan without payment.

Free and paid

Free use includes one screen with its full result, company search, company pages with the last four quarters, the score profile and flagged facts, and every TradingView chart. Quarvo Pro unlocks the results of every further screen (shown blurred without Pro), the screens that need the full quarter history, 16 quarters on company pages, the rule builder for your own screens, side-by-side compare of up to three companies, the sector heat map, and the watchlist with alerts.

• Subscriptions (weekly, monthly, yearly) renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancel any time in your App Store account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
• The yearly plan starts with a 3-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, it becomes a paid yearly subscription. The trial is offered once per subscription group, per App Store account.
• Lifetime is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and carries no free trial.

Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy. Payment is taken by Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple under its own rules — write to us and we will help you ask.

Data updates and alerts

Company data may be refreshed in the background by downloading new data files. Alerts are local notifications created on your iPhone when a watched company files a new report or new companies enter a saved screen. They depend on iOS Background App Refresh, notification permission and a network connection, so an alert can be late or not arrive at all; do not rely on alerts for time-critical decisions. An alert only tells you that a filing or a screen result changed; it is not a recommendation.

Restoring a purchase

Because there is no account, your purchase is tied to your App Store account. On a new device, sign in with the same account and tap “Restore” on the Pro screen.

Acceptable use

Do not decompile, resell or redistribute the app or its data, or try to unlock paid features by tampering.

No warranty, and limits

Quarvo is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, including the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any figure. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for investment decisions or losses, and our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to what you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Changes and ending

We may update the app and these terms; material changes are published here with a new date. You can stop using Quarvo at any time by deleting it. If you breach these terms, the licence ends.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
