Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Quarvo handles your information. The app is provided by Volkan Günay (Vomcore). Contact: hello@vomcore.com.

Short version

No account, no sign-up, no advertising, no analytics SDK and no AI service. Quarvo has no backend or account server (only static data files it can download) and does not use the camera, your photos, your location or your contacts. The company data ships with the app and can be refreshed by downloading a new data file; every screen and every alert check runs on your iPhone. We collect nothing about what you screen, which companies you watch or which alerts you get.

What is stored on your device

• Market: whether you last looked at US or Borsa Istanbul companies.
• Free scan: which screen used your free scan, so its result stays open.
• Watchlist and saved screens: the companies you watch, the screens you build or save, and the companies each saved screen found last time.
• Compare list: the up to three companies you put side by side.
• Data files: the latest downloaded company data, with its checksum and date.
• Preferences: whether you have finished the first-run screens, whether you have seen the alerts explanation, and a copy of your Pro status so background checks know whether alerts are on.

None of this leaves the device. Deleting the app removes all of it.

Data updates

Quarvo can download newer company data (a small manifest file and compressed data files) from a static file address we operate on Amazon Web Services storage. These are plain file downloads: the app sends no account, device identifier, watchlist, screen or any other information about you. Like any internet request, the storage service sees your IP address and a generic app user agent when the file is fetched. Each file is checked against its checksum before it is used.

Background checks and notifications

If you have Quarvo Pro and use the watchlist or saved screens, iOS may wake the app in the background (Background App Refresh, at most every few hours as iOS decides). Quarvo then downloads new data if there is any and compares it on your iPhone with your watchlist and saved screens. When a watched company has filed a new report or new companies have entered a saved screen, the app shows a local notification that it creates on the device. There is no push notification server: nothing is sent to us or to anyone else to trigger an alert. Quarvo asks for notification permission only when you first watch a company or save a screen; you can turn notifications or Background App Refresh off at any time in iOS Settings.

Charts by TradingView (third-party content)

Price charts, the index comparison and the market headlines strip are free widgets from TradingView, Inc., shown inside the app in a web view. To display them, your device loads the widget from TradingView’s servers, which receive the technical data any web page receives (such as your IP address, device and browser information) and may set cookies under TradingView’s privacy policy. Quarvo does not send TradingView anything about you, and we do not read or store what the widgets show. Tapping the TradingView link opens their site in Safari.

Payments

Quarvo Pro is sold as a weekly, monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Purchases are handled by the App Store and we never see your payment details. Whether your purchase is active is verified through RevenueCat, Inc. using an anonymous identifier that contains no name, email, screening data or advertising ID; RevenueCat keeps the purchase history of that identifier.

What we do not do

No advertising SDK, no analytics SDK, no tracking pixel, no fingerprinting, no data broker, no tracking across apps, and no brokerage connection. We do not sell or share your data.

Children

Quarvo is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Your rights and contact

We hold no account and no personal profile, so there is nothing on our side to access or delete; your data is on your device and deleting the app removes it. For any question, write to hello@vomcore.com.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it and the new text is published here before the version that relies on it ships.
