This policy explains how Mirepoix handles your information. The app is provided by Volkan Günay (Vomcore). Contact: hello@vomcore.com.

Short version

No account, no sign-up, no advertising, no analytics SDK, no crash reporter and no server of ours. The whole recipe collection ships inside the app, so it opens and works in flight mode. Anything you save stays in the app’s own storage on your phone.

What is stored on your device

• Saved recipes: which sauces, dishes and technique lessons you bookmarked — stored as their identifiers, nothing else.
• Your notes: the free text you type against a recipe.
• Preferences: metric or imperial, theme, and the interface language if you override the system one.

These are written to the app’s private storage. Deleting the app deletes them. Nothing is uploaded, because there is nowhere to upload it to.

Payments

Mirepoix Pro is sold as a weekly, monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase; the yearly plan starts with a three-day free trial. Purchases are handled by the App Store and we never see or store your payment details. Whether your purchase is active is verified through RevenueCat, Inc. using an anonymous identifier that contains no name, email or advertising ID.

Permissions we do not ask for

Mirepoix does not request the camera, the photo library, contacts, location, the microphone or notifications. It does not read your files. Cook mode keeps the screen awake while it is open and releases that as soon as you leave it.

What we do not do

No advertising SDK, no analytics SDK, no tracking pixel, no fingerprinting, no data broker. We do not sell or share data, because we hold none.

Children

Mirepoix is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Your rights and contact

Because we hold no account and no personal profile, there is nothing on our side to export, correct or delete; the data is on your device and under your control. For any question write to hello@vomcore.com.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it and the new text is published here before the version that relies on it ships.
