Does Kleara need an account?
No. Kleara has no sign-up or password. Household sharing uses Apple iCloud, and Vomcore runs no server for it.

Household sharing
Inviting the people you live with is part of the app and is not a paid extra. Sharing uses Apple iCloud: the plan is stored in your own iCloud account and shared with the people you invite. Vomcore runs no server for it and cannot read your plan.
