Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Kleara handles your information. The app is provided by Volkan Günay (Vomcore). Contact: hello@vomcore.com.

Short version

No account, no advertising, no analytics SDK, and no server of ours. Your cleaning plan is stored on your iPhone. If you invite the people you live with, it is also stored in your own Apple iCloud account — not in a Vomcore database.

What is stored on your device

• Your plan: the rooms you chose, the chores and their frequencies, due dates, which chores you ticked and when.
• Household: the first names (or nicknames) you type for the people you live with, and who a chore is assigned to.
• Preferences: theme, reminder time, holiday dates.

Deleting the app deletes this data from your device.

Household sharing (Apple iCloud)

If you invite someone to your household, the same plan is written to your own iCloud account through Apple CloudKit and shared with the people you invite. Apple operates that storage under its own privacy policy; Vomcore has no server in the path and cannot read, copy or recover your plan. Everyone you invite can see and change the shared plan — invite only people you live with. Turning sharing off, or signing out of iCloud, leaves the copy on your device untouched.

Notifications

The daily reminder is scheduled on the device by iOS. There is no push server, so no token and no device identifier leaves your phone. You are asked for permission once, at the end of setup, and can revoke it in iOS Settings at any time.

Payments

Kleara is a paid app: weekly, monthly and yearly subscriptions, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Purchases are handled by the App Store and we never see or store your payment details. Whether your purchase is active is verified through RevenueCat, Inc. using an anonymous identifier that contains no name, email or advertising ID.

What we do not do

Kleara contains no advertising SDK, no analytics SDK, no tracking pixel and no crash reporter that identifies you. We do not sell or share data, because we hold none.

Children

Kleara is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Your rights and contact

Because we hold no account and no personal profile, there is nothing for us to export or delete on our side. Data in iCloud is under your control in iOS Settings › Apple Account › iCloud. For any question write to hello@vomcore.com.
