Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Kleara handles your information. The app is provided by Volkan Günay (Vomcore). Contact: hello@vomcore.com.
Short version
No account, no advertising, and no server of ours. Your cleaning plan is stored on your iPhone. If you invite the people you live with, it is also stored in your own Apple iCloud account — not in a Vomcore database. A few anonymous usage counts go to our purchase provider, as described below.
What is stored on your device
- Your plan: the rooms you chose, the chores and their frequencies, due dates, which chores you ticked and when.
- Household: the first names (or nicknames) you type for the people you live with, and who a chore is assigned to.
- Preferences: theme, reminder time, holiday dates.
Deleting the app deletes this data from your device.
Household sharing (Apple iCloud)
If you invite someone to your household, the same plan is written to your own iCloud account through Apple CloudKit and shared with the people you invite. Apple operates that storage under its own privacy policy; Vomcore has no server in the path and cannot read, copy or recover your plan. Everyone you invite can see and change the shared plan — invite only people you live with. Turning sharing off, or signing out of iCloud, leaves the copy on your device untouched.
Notifications
The daily reminder is scheduled on the device by iOS. There is no push server, so no token and no device identifier leaves your phone. You are asked for permission once, at the end of setup, and can revoke it in iOS Settings at any time.
Payments
Kleara is a paid app: weekly, monthly and yearly subscriptions, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Purchases are handled by the App Store and we never see or store your payment details. Whether your purchase is active is verified through RevenueCat, Inc. using an anonymous identifier that contains no name, email or advertising ID.
Usage counts
To understand how the app is used and improve it, Kleara sends RevenueCat a few values tied to the same anonymous identifier: the type of home you picked (apartment, house or shared) and how many people are in your household; the date you finished your first chore and the date a chore first waited behind the Pro lock; what opened the Pro screen, how many times it has opened and how many chores were waiting at that moment; and whether you sent a household invite or joined a household. They never include the names you typed, your rooms, chores or plan. These counts are not linked to your identity, are not used for advertising and are not sold.
What we do not do
Kleara contains no advertising SDK, no tracking pixel and no crash reporter that identifies you. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
Children
Kleara is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Your rights and contact
We hold no account and no personal profile. The only things kept on our side are the anonymous purchase record and the usage counts at RevenueCat; to have them deleted, write to the address below (the record is anonymous, so we may ask for your App Store receipt to find it). Data in iCloud is under your control in iOS Settings › Apple Account › iCloud. For any question write to hello@vomcore.com.
