Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Cutlist handles your information. The app is provided by Volkan Günay (Vomcore). Contact: hello@vomcore.com.
Short version
Your measurements, parts lists, lumber tallies and saved projects stay on your device. No account is required. Calculations and saved projects work offline. An internet connection is used for purchase verification and restoration through RevenueCat and the App Store, and when you open web links.
What is stored on your device
- Saved projects: the part lengths and quantities, the board lengths you have in stock, and the kerf you chose.
- Preferences: kerf width, theme and language.
None of this is transmitted to us or to anyone else. Deleting the app deletes this data.
Permissions
The app requests no permissions. It does not use the camera, photos, location, contacts, microphone or notifications. If a permission prompt ever appears, that is a bug — please tell us.
PDF export
The lumber list PDF and the cut plan PDF are drawn on your device and handed to the system share sheet only when you tap the button. Where they go from there — Files, a printer, an email — is your choice, and we never see them.
Payments
Cutlist Pro is a subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase, and either one is handled by the App Store or Google Play. We never see or store your payment details. Whether Pro is active is verified through RevenueCat, Inc. using an anonymous identifier that contains no name, email address or phone number.
Usage counts and advertising
There are no ads, no advertising identifier and no third-party ad network. To understand how the app is used and improve it, Cutlist sends RevenueCat a few values tied to the same anonymous identifier used for purchases: what opened the Cutlist Pro screen, and which free limit you reached (the saved-project limit, a second cut plan, the PDF or the “what to buy” list). RevenueCat does not receive your name, email, measurements or projects. These values are not linked to your identity, are not used for advertising or tracking and are not sold.
Use of AI
The cut plan is computed by arithmetic on your device. Nothing you enter is sent to any AI service.
Your rights
Your projects live only on your device: you delete them directly in the app — each saved project has a delete control — or by removing the app. The only record kept elsewhere is the anonymous purchase record and the values above at RevenueCat; to have them deleted, write to the address below (the record is anonymous, so we may ask for your App Store receipt to find it). Children
The app is a tool for woodworking. It is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date above changes. Significant changes are announced in the app.
