By using Elyaz you agree to these terms. The app is provided by Volkan Günay (Vomcore).
What Elyaz does and does not do
Elyaz sets the text you write on a page in something close to your own handwriting, and produces a document you can print.
- Elyaz does not sign anything. The app never stamps a signature onto a document; you sign the printed copy by hand. A printed image of a signature is not a handwritten signature.
- Elyaz is not legal advice. Templates are general examples. Deciding whether one fits your situation is up to you; consult a lawyer where needed.
- Elyaz cannot guarantee acceptance. The organisation you write to may have its own requirements.
- Elyaz does not create wills. In many jurisdictions a holographic will must be written and signed entirely in the testator’s own hand; a document produced by an app does not meet that requirement.
Your responsibility
You may only enter your own handwriting and your own details. Using the app to imitate someone else’s handwriting or signature is prohibited and may constitute forgery. All liability for such use rests with the user.
Subscription
Exporting a document without the watermark requires a subscription. Prices and terms are shown in the App Store or Google Play. A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Cancellations and refunds are handled in your store account settings; we are not a party to them.
There is no free trial. Instead, you can see your full document — with a watermark — before paying anything.
Your content
The text you write and your handwriting belong to you. They stay on your device and we claim no rights over them.
Limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use.
