This policy explains how Elyaz handles your information. The app is provided by Volkan Günay (Vomcore). Contact: hello@vomcore.com.

Short version

Elyaz does not send any data to a server. Your handwriting, your documents and everything you type stay on your phone. No account is required, and the app works without an internet connection.

What is stored on your device

• Your handwriting samples: the letters you draw on screen, or the stroke data extracted from a photo of a printed template sheet.
• Document contents: the recipient, name, optional ID number, address and message you enter.
• Preferences: theme and language.

None of this is transmitted to us or to anyone else. Deleting the app deletes this data.

Camera and photo access

Camera and photo access is requested only when you choose to write the template on paper and photograph it, and only at that moment. The photo is processed on your device and never uploaded. If you decline, you can still use the app by drawing letters on screen.

Payments

Subscriptions are handled by the App Store and Google Play. We never see or store your payment details. Whether your subscription is active is verified through RevenueCat, Inc. using an anonymous identifier that contains no name, email address or phone number.

Analytics and advertising

Elyaz shows no ads, collects no advertising identifier and uses no third-party ad network. Nothing you write is collected for analytics.

Use of AI

Elyaz composes letters from built-in templates and the fields you fill in. Your text is never sent to any AI service.

Your rights

Because your data lives only on your device, you delete, correct and export it directly from the app. Questions: hello@vomcore.com.

Children

Elyaz is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above changes. Significant changes are announced in the app.
