How can I check whether a dividend is safe?
Divara runs five checks per stock from the company's own filings, including cash flow and payout coverage, debt and past dividend cuts, and names any check that failed.
Does Divara need an account or connect to my broker?
No. Divara has no account and does not connect to a broker; your holdings are entered once and stay on your iPhone.
Which markets does Divara cover?
Divara covers US-listed stocks, including REITs, using SEC EDGAR, and Borsa Istanbul using KAP; ETFs and other exchanges are not included.
No prices, on purpose
Divara shows no share price, no market value and no exchange rate. Those are licensed market data; the filings Divara reads are public. It also means US dollar and Turkish lira amounts are added up separately and never converted into one another.
