What Divara does
Divara lists announced dividend payment dates, adds up what your positions paid, and runs five safety checks read from company filings: SEC EDGAR for US-listed companies, KAP for Borsa Istanbul. A check that cannot be measured from the filings is shown as unmeasured — it is never counted as passed.
Not investment advice
Divara is an information tool, not advice. It does not recommend buying or selling anything, and we are not licensed investment advisers. Dividends are announced by companies and can be cut, delayed or cancelled; a past payment does not promise a future one.
No prices, no broker
- Divara shows no live share price, no market value and no exchange rate, so it cannot tell you what a position is worth today.
- Amounts in different currencies are shown and totalled separately; they are never converted into one another.
- Divara does not connect to your broker and cannot place, change or cancel an order.
Data accuracy
Figures come from what companies themselves filed, and filings are sometimes restated, amended or published late. The company data is packaged inside the app, so it is as current as the version you installed. We do not guarantee that every figure or date is correct or complete — check the filing before acting on a number, and tell us if something looks wrong.
Access and purchases
- The free version lets you look around: the checks are listed, the numbers behind them are part of Divara Plus.
- Plus comes as a weekly, monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase that never renews. The yearly plan starts with a 3-day free trial.
- Prices are shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel any time in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. If you cancel during the free trial you are not charged.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policy.
Your data is your responsibility
Divara has no account and no backup server of ours. Deleting the app removes the holdings you entered, unless they are in a device backup you restore from.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to reverse engineer the app, or to extract and redistribute the packaged company data as a dataset of your own.
Liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any investment decision, loss or damage arising from a missing or incorrect date, an incomplete figure, or reliance on one of the safety checks.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
