Identification
Start with a clear photo of the whole tree. Add a leaf or bark photo from the same tree when available. Results are suggestions and may be wrong. If no match appears, try a sharper photo in good light. Identification needs an internet connection.
Field notes
Your notes and saved photos stay in the app on your iPhone. Open the field notebook to view or delete an observation. Removing the app deletes its local notes, subject to your device backup settings.
Purchases
If you have paid for Boscora Pro, use Restore purchases in the app with the same Apple Account. For billing or refund requests, use Apple's purchase support. Include your iOS version and the approximate purchase date when contacting us; do not email payment card details or private photos.
