This policy explains how Tablora handles your information. The app is provided by Volkan Günay (Vomcore). Contact: hello@vomcore.com.
Short version
No account, no sign-up, no advertising and no crash reporter. Tablora does not upload your documents. Your documents, the tables read from them and the files you export stay on your iPhone until you share them.
Camera, photos and files
Tablora uses the camera only when you tap Scan, through Apple’s document scanner, to capture paper pages. Photos and PDFs are opened only when you pick them with the iOS photo picker or file browser, or send them to Tablora from another app’s Share menu; Tablora does not browse your photo library. You can change camera access at any time in iOS Settings.
Table recognition
Tablora reads a PDF’s text layer directly when available and uses Apple’s on-device document and text recognition (Vision) for images and scans. This processing happens on the device; Tablora does not upload your documents or their contents to us or to any other service, and it uses no cloud AI service.
What is stored on your device
- Documents: a copy of each PDF, photo or scan you add, so you can reopen it.
- Tables: the tables read from them, with your edits.
- Preferences: whether you have finished the first-run screens, your app settings, and a local record of successful exports used to time an App Store rating request.
Deleting a document removes its stored copy and tables. Deleting the app removes its local data. Files you exported or shared stay wherever you saved them.
Payments
Tablora Pro is sold as a weekly, monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Purchases are handled by the App Store and we never see your payment details. Whether your purchase is active is verified through RevenueCat, Inc. using an anonymous identifier that contains no name, email, document content or advertising ID. RevenueCat processes purchase history to verify access and provide purchase reports.
What we do not do
No advertising SDK, no tracking pixel, no fingerprinting, no data broker and no tracking across apps. We do not sell your data, do not use it for advertising and do not share your documents. Purchase verification and the usage counts below go through RevenueCat.
Usage counts
Tablora does not include Firebase Analytics. To understand how the app is used and improve it, it sends RevenueCat a few values tied to the same anonymous identifier: what opened the Pro screen and how many times it has opened; the date your first table came from your own document and whether that was a PDF, a photo or a scan; how the last document was read (PDF text, document recognition or plain text) and how many reads found no table; whether a password-protected PDF asked for its password, opened or got a wrong password (never the password itself); the date you first reached the export lock and how many exports you have completed; and the monthly reminder setting, or that it is off. They never include your documents, the tables or file names. These counts are not linked to your identity, are not used for advertising and are not sold.
Children
Tablora is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Your rights and contact
You do not need an account. Deleting the app removes its local documents and preferences; it does not erase App Store or RevenueCat purchase records or the usage counts at RevenueCat. For questions about data access or deletion, write to hello@vomcore.com. Do not include your documents or payment details.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it and the new text is published here before the version that relies on it ships.
