Kullanım Koşulları

1. Kabul
Volkan Günay (Ankara / Türkiye) tarafından yayınlanan Merglow 4096 oyununu ("Uygulama") indirerek veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursun.
2. Lisans
Uygulamayı kişisel ve ticari olmayan eğlence amacıyla kullanman için sınırlı, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez bir lisans veririz.
3. Reklamlar
Uygulama ücretsizdir ve reklamla desteklenir; uygulama içi satın alım yoktur ve tüm temalar ile özellikler ücretsizdir. Ödüllü reklamlar her zaman isteğe bağlıdır ve yalnızca sen izlemeyi seçtiğinde oynatılır.
4. Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım
Uygulamayı tersine mühendisliğe tabi tutma, hizmeti aksatma veya kötüye kullanma.
5. Sorumluluk Reddi
Uygulama "olduğu gibi", herhangi bir garanti verilmeksizin sunulur. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde, kullanımından doğan zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.
6. Değişiklikler
Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz; değişikliklerden sonra kullanmaya devam etmen, koşulları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir.

By downloading or using Merglow 4096 (the "App"), published by Volkan Günay, Ankara, Türkiye, you agree to these terms.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your own non-commercial entertainment.
3. Ads
The App is free and supported by advertising; it contains no in-app purchases, and all themes and features are free. Rewarded ads are always optional and only play when you choose to watch them.
4. Acceptable Use
Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt or misuse the App.
5. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any damages arising from its use.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
