Volkan Günay, Ankara / Türkiye. İletişim: vorrtech@gmail.com. Bu politika, Merglow 4096 oyununu ("Uygulama") kapsar ve 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) ile AB Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) uyarınca hazırlanmıştır.

2. Özet

Merglow 4096 gizliliğine saygı duyacak şekilde tasarlandı: hesap yoktur, oyun çevrimdışı çalışır ve oyun ilerlemen (skorlar, coin'ler, tema seçimi, ayarlar) yalnızca cihazında saklanır. Uygulamada uygulama içi satın alım yoktur; tüm temalar ücretsizdir. Kişisel verilerini satmayız.

3. İşlenen Veriler

Doğrudan kimliğini belirleyen bilgi toplamayız. Etkinleştirildiğinde, aşağıdaki üçüncü taraf hizmetler sınırlı ve çoğunlukla anonim veriler işleyebilir:

  • Analitik (Firebase Analytics): Oyunu iyileştirmek için anonim kullanım olayları (ör. oyun başlatıldı) ve cihaz/uygulama bilgisi.
  • Çökme raporları (Firebase Crashlytics): Çökme teşhis verileri.
  • Reklam (Google AdMob): Reklam göstermek için reklam tanımlayıcıları. iOS'ta takip izni (ATT) sorulur; reddedebilirsin. Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı'nda Google UMP onay formu gösterilir. Ödüllü reklamlar yalnızca sen izlemeyi seçtiğinde oynatılır.

4. Hukuki Dayanak

İşleme; meşru menfaat (çökme teşhisi ve oyunun iyileştirilmesi — KVKK m.5/2-f, GDPR m.6/1-f) ve kişiselleştirilmiş reklam için açık rızana (GDPR m.6/1-a) dayanır.

5. Seçeneklerin ve Hakların (KVKK m.11 / GDPR)

  • iOS'ta ATT iznini reddederek reklam takibini sınırlayabilirsin.
  • Ödüllü reklamlar her zaman isteğe bağlıdır; yalnızca sen izlemeyi seçtiğinde oynatılır.
  • Cihazında saklanan tüm verileri Uygulamayı silerek kaldırabilirsin.
  • Erişim, düzeltme, silme, itiraz ve taşınabilirlik talepleri için: vorrtech@gmail.com. Ayrıca Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na veya yerel veri koruma otoritene şikâyette bulunabilirsin.

6. Çocuklar

Uygulama genel kitleye yöneliktir ve çocuklardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamaz; reklam ve analitik davranışı ilgili platform politikalarına uyar.

7. Değişiklikler

Bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz; "Son güncelleme" tarihi buna göre değişir.

1. Data Controller

Volkan Günay, Ankara, Türkiye. Contact: vorrtech@gmail.com. This policy covers the Merglow 4096 game (the "App") and is prepared in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Summary

Merglow 4096 is designed to respect your privacy: there are no user accounts, the game works offline, and your progress (scores, coins, theme choice, settings) is stored only on your device. The App contains no in-app purchases; all themes are free. We never sell your personal data.

3. Data We Process

We do not collect personally identifiable information directly. When enabled, the following third-party services may process limited, mostly anonymous data:

  • Analytics (Firebase Analytics): Anonymous usage events (e.g. game started) and device/app info, to improve the game.
  • Crash reporting (Firebase Crashlytics): Crash diagnostics.
  • Advertising (Google AdMob): Advertising identifiers to show ads. On iOS we ask for tracking permission (ATT); you may decline. In the European Economic Area, the Google UMP consent form is shown. Rewarded ads only play when you choose to watch them.

4. Legal Basis

Processing is based on legitimate interest (crash diagnostics and improving the game — GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) and your consent for personalized advertising (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).

5. Your Choices and Rights (GDPR / KVKK Art. 11)

  • On iOS, decline App Tracking Transparency to limit ad tracking.
  • Rewarded ads are always optional — they only play when you choose to watch them.
  • Remove all locally stored data by deleting the App.
  • For access, rectification, erasure, objection or portability requests: vorrtech@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Turkish Data Protection Authority or your local supervisory authority.

6. Children

The App targets a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal data from children; ad and analytics behavior follows the relevant platform policies.

7. Changes

We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date will change accordingly.
