Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of the Cutfit mobile app, provided by Volkan Günay (Vomcore), Ankara, Türkiye. Installing or using the app means you accept them. Contact: hello@vomcore.com.
What you get
A personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Cutfit on devices you own or control. The app, its layout engine and its artwork stay ours. You may use the plans and PDFs Cutfit produces for anything you like, including commercial sewing — the output of your work is yours.
Measurements are yours to check
Cutfit arranges the numbers you type; it does not measure your fabric. The layout engine is a heuristic: it aims for little waste, not a mathematically optimal arrangement, and a different arrangement may fit in less fabric. Shrinkage, stretch, nap, directional prints, pattern repeats, selvedge quality and cutting error are not modelled. Check the plan against your pattern and your actual fabric before you cut. A cut cannot be undone, and we are not liable for fabric you cut wrongly.
Free and paid
The free version covers two projects and three fabrics. Cutfit Pro removes those limits and adds quilt mode, printing and export.
- Subscriptions (weekly, monthly, yearly) renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time in the App Store or Google Play account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
- The yearly plan starts with a 3-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, it becomes a paid year. The trial is offered once per subscription group, per store account.
- Lifetime is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It carries no free trial, because the stores do not attach trials to one-time purchases.
Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy. Payment is taken by Apple or Google, and refunds are handled by them under their own rules — we cannot issue a refund on their behalf, but write to us and we will help you ask.
Restoring a purchase
Because there is no account, your purchase is tied to your App Store or Google Play account. On a new device, sign in with the same store account and use “Restore purchases” in Settings.
Your data
Your projects and stash live on your device. We hold no copy, so we cannot recover them if you delete the app, lose the device or reset it. Keep your own copy of anything that matters by printing or exporting the plan.
Acceptable use
Do not decompile, resell or redistribute the app, and do not try to unlock Pro features by tampering. That is all we ask.
No warranty, and limits
Cutfit is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to what you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
Changes and ending
We may update the app and these terms; material changes are published here with a new date. You can stop using Cutfit at any time by deleting it. If you breach these terms, the licence ends.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
