Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Amidora handles your information. The app is provided by Volkan Günay (Vomcore). Contact: hello@vomcore.com.

Short version

No account, no sign-up, no advertising, no analytics SDK and no AI service. Amidora has no server of its own and does not use the camera, the microphone, your photos or your contacts. Prayer texts, the city list and all zmanim calculations are on the iPhone; the only network use is verifying purchases.

Location

If you choose “use my location”, Amidora asks for your location while the app is in use and uses it once to calculate sunrise, sunset and prayer times for where you are. The coordinates are stored on the device and are never sent to us or anyone else. You can instead pick a city from the built-in list, and you can change or withdraw location permission in iOS Settings at any time.

What is stored on your device

• Preferences: your nusach, your city or device location, the Israel or diaspora calendar setting, the reading view (Hebrew only, or with English) and the text size.
• First run: whether you have finished the first-run screens.

None of this leaves the device. Deleting the app removes everything.

Payments

Amidora Pro is sold as a weekly, monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Purchases are handled by the App Store and we never see your payment details. Whether your purchase is active is verified through RevenueCat, Inc. using an anonymous identifier that contains no name, email, location or advertising ID.

What we do not do

No advertising SDK, no analytics SDK, no tracking pixel, no fingerprinting, no data broker, no tracking across apps. We do not sell or share your data.

Children

Amidora is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Your rights and contact

We hold no account and no personal profile, so there is nothing on our side to access or delete; your data is on your device and deleting the app removes it. For any question, write to hello@vomcore.com.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it and the new text is published here before the version that relies on it ships.
