This policy explains how Aimwave handles your information. The app is provided by Volkan Günay (Vomcore). Contact: hello@vomcore.com.
Short version
No account, no sign-up, no advertising, no analytics SDK, no crash reporter and no server of ours. The transmitter data ships inside the app and every calculation happens on your iPhone.
Location
Aimwave uses your position to find the transmitters near you and to work out the direction and distance to each one. Your location is used on the device only; it is not stored by us and is never sent to us or to anyone else.
Compass and motion
The compass heading is read from your iPhone’s sensors to turn the dial. It stays on the device.
Camera (Pro, only when you open camera aim)
Camera aim shows the live camera picture with the direction of the tower drawn over it. The picture is not recorded, not saved and never sent anywhere.
What is stored on your device
- Saved places (Pro): the names and coordinates of places you save (a saved place is your position at the moment you save it).
- Preferences: app language, units and that you finished the first-run screens.
Deleting the app deletes all of this. Nothing is uploaded to us.
Payments
Aimwave Pro is sold as a weekly, monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Purchases are handled by the App Store and we never see your payment details. Whether your purchase is active is verified through RevenueCat, Inc. using an anonymous identifier that contains no name, email, location or advertising ID.
What we do not do
No advertising SDK, no analytics SDK, no tracking pixel, no fingerprinting, no data broker, no tracking across apps. We do not sell or share data, because we hold none.
Children
Aimwave is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Your rights and contact
Because we hold no account and no personal profile, there is nothing on our side to export, correct or delete; the data is on your device and under your control. For any question write to hello@vomcore.com.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it and the new text is published here before the version that relies on it ships.
