Gizlilik Politikası

Volkan Günay, Ankara / Türkiye. İletişim: vorrtech@gmail.com. Bu politika, Kelimece oyununu ("Uygulama") kapsar ve 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) ile AB Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) uyarınca hazırlanmıştır.
2. Özet
Kelimece hesap gerektirmez, hiçbir izin istemez ve bize ait herhangi bir sunucuya kişisel veri göndermez. Uygulama gelirini reklamla karşıladığı için Google AdMob (reklam) ile Google Firebase Analytics ve Crashlytics (kullanım istatistiği ve çökme raporlama) hizmetlerini kullanır. Bu hizmetler, aşağıdaki bölümlerde açıklanan sınırlı cihaz ve kullanım verilerini işler; bunun dışında kişisel veri toplanmaz.
3. Cihazında Saklanan Veriler
Skorların, en iyi derecelerin ve oyun ayarların yalnızca cihazında saklanır; bize veya başka bir sunucuya gönderilmez. Liderlik tablosundaki rakipler robottur ve uygulamada böyle etiketlenir. Uygulamayı sildiğinde bu veriler de tamamen silinir.
4. Reklamlar (Google AdMob)
Uygulama, yalnızca turlar arasındaki bekleme/sonuç ekranında Google AdMob aracılığıyla reklam gösterir; oyun sırasında reklam gösterilmez. Reklamlar kişiselleştirilmemiş olarak sunulur ve iOS'ta App Tracking Transparency (ATT) izni istenmez; uygulamalar arası takip yapılmaz. Reklamların sunulması ve sahtecilikle mücadele için Google, cihaz bilgileri (model, işletim sistemi sürümü), IP adresinden türetilen yaklaşık bölge, reklam gösterim/tıklama verileri ve tanılama verileri gibi sınırlı verileri işleyebilir. Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre'de reklam gösterilmeden önce Google UMP onay formu ile iznin alınır; bu tercihi daha sonra uygulama içinden değiştirebilirsin. 5. Analitik ve Çökme Raporları (Firebase)
Uygulamanın nasıl kullanıldığını anlamak için Firebase Analytics, hataları tespit edip düzeltmek için Firebase Crashlytics kullanılır. Bu hizmetler kullanım olayları (ör. tur başlangıcı/bitişi, bulunan kelime sayısı), cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi sürümü ve çökme kayıtları gibi verileri işler. Uygulamada hesap olmadığından bu veriler ad, e-posta gibi kimlik bilgileriyle ilişkilendirilmez. Ayrıntılar: Firebase Gizlilik ve Güvenlik.
6. Hakların (KVKK m.11 / GDPR)
Verilerine erişme, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteme, işlemeye itiraz etme ve verdiğin onayı geri çekme hakkına sahipsin. Reklam onayını uygulama içinden değiştirebilir, ayrıca cihazının reklam ayarlarından reklam kimliğini sıfırlayabilir veya sınırlandırabilirsin. Her türlü soru ve talebin için vorrtech@gmail.com adresine yazabilir, Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na veya yerel veri koruma otoritene başvurabilirsin.
7. Çocuklar
Uygulama hesap açtırmaz ve çocuklardan bilerek hiçbir kişisel veri toplamaz; reklamlar herkese kişiselleştirilmemiş olarak gösterilir.
8. Değişiklikler
Bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz; "Son güncelleme" tarihi buna göre değişir.

1. Data Controller
Volkan Günay, Ankara, Türkiye. Contact: vorrtech@gmail.com. This policy covers the Kelimece game (the "App") and is prepared in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. Summary
Kelimece requires no account, asks for no permissions and sends no personal data to any server of ours. The App is ad-supported, so it uses Google AdMob (advertising) and Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics (usage statistics and crash reporting). These services process the limited device and usage data described below; no other personal data is collected.
3. Data Stored on Your Device
Your scores, best results and game settings are stored only on your device; they are never sent to us or any other server. Leaderboard opponents are bots and are labelled as such in the App. Deleting the App removes this data completely.
4. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App shows ads via Google AdMob only on the waiting/result screen between rounds; no ads are shown during gameplay. Ads are served as non-personalized ads, and the App does not request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission on iOS; no cross-app tracking takes place. To serve ads and prevent fraud, Google may process limited data such as device information (model, OS version), approximate region derived from the IP address, ad impression/click data and diagnostics. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, your consent is collected through the Google UMP consent form before any ad is shown, and you can change this choice later inside the App. Details: How Google uses data and the Google Privacy Policy.
5. Analytics and Crash Reports (Firebase)
We use Firebase Analytics to understand how the App is used and Firebase Crashlytics to detect and fix errors. These services process usage events (e.g. round start/end, number of words found), device model, OS version and crash logs. Since the App has no accounts, this data is not linked to your name, e-mail or any other identity. Details: Firebase Privacy and Security.
6. Your Rights (GDPR / KVKK Art. 11)
You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, to object to processing and to withdraw your consent. You can change your ad consent inside the App and reset or limit your advertising ID in your device's settings. 7. Children
The App has no accounts and knowingly collects no personal data from children; ads are shown to everyone as non-personalized ads.
8. Changes
We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date will change accordingly.
